Finally the Bread Saga is coming to a close!

It was the no-knead recipe! It was a breakthrough. I have been adding too much flour all along. I never let it ferment long enough! The dough needs to be super sticky and MOST IMPORTANTLY it need to be baked INSIDE a cast iron dutch oven to steam itself!

We ate the whole loaf. After dinner.

At 50 cents a loaf, the world will never be the same. I can feed my people good bread.

Sometime the tiniest victory is all it takes to get you unstuck, you know?
